Tabitha Creel
Tabitha Creel is an Associate Broker in the Denver office of Johnson Real Estate Advisors, and has more than 15 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Ms. Creel began her career in real estate in 1991 in the Denver office of The Galbreath Company, which was acquired by Jones Lang LaSalle in 1997.
Ms. Creel started in Tenant Services and has since served in numerous roles, including Marketing Coordinator and Associate Project Manager. In these roles, she was responsible for organizing and managing resources for the administration of proposals and presentations and a variety of project management assignments, including fleet re-branding for a national wireless company, managed interior construction build-out from the pre-design process through the construction phase, furniture procurement and move coordination.
Tabitha currently provides tenant representation services for office and retail clients and has performed in depth site selection research for a Denver based NYSE call center company. In that role she has performed market research, labor force analysis, population studies, identifying and quantifying state and local incentives and property availabilities.
