Experience highlights include:

• Developed and executed WellCare Health Plans, Inc.’s strategic real estate plan, including: negotiating the 380,000 sf company headquarters; consolidating their Florida market into six regional offices; terminating and restructuring leases within WellCare’s leased portfolio; and negotiating nearly 100,000 sf of leased facilities across the U.S.

• Represented many well-known regional and national companies, and has managed and completed transactions in excess of $1.0 billion

• Served as a real estate advisor to federal agencies including the National Archives and Records Administration, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, and General Services Administration

• Orchestrated numerous developer selections on behalf of corporations and the federal agencies such as Samsonite Corporation in Denver, the Department of Defense in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and the Colorado State Land Board.

• Assisted hospitals and corporations with securing commercial properties via an operating lease, ground lease, and sale such as Banner Healthcare and Platte Valley Medical Center
